Health plays an very essenticial role in our daily life. without good health, we can't do anything we want. how to keep health is the key word for us to find out. I think we can divide it into two parts: one is health diet, and other is to do some extra exercise. everyone has different opinion about health diet, so here I want to talk about some health exercise. take me as an example, my balance ability is not very well. my friends suggest me to practice yoga, at first, i don't believe in this and someone else often laugh at me that my gesture is incorrect. i decided my mind to insist on yoga everyday. after one month later, I found that I totally changed, it not only benefits for keep health, but also can lose weight. in my opinion, it's better than jogging.

Here, in the US, I should cook every diet myself, but I'm not good at cooking. I don't think my diet is healthy. Do you have any suggestions for my healthy diet?
Doing exercises should be taken every day. We should be patient and persistent. Once we stop one day, all of what we have done would be failed.

before my coach advised me to take pulaty i just know yoga. but he told me pulaty can help me to build up musle. so i took that 3 years ago, at that time, my life is totally chage , hehe, because everyday i am energetic.

When I was in my high school, I had yoga class four times a week.It made me tired and the stretching is quite hard for me. I sweat a lot everytime I did it. I cannot tolarent it any more.
Taking enough exercise is so important. Nowadays the most popular place may not be the cinema or someting else, but the fitness centre. With the development of knowledge, more and more people realise that the importance of keeping a healthy body in life which made it a popular thing to get to the fitness center everyday and for me. I hope to keep going to the fitness centre everyday; however
I always have a lot of other thing to do or could not get up on time. So it is a little confused for me to do this kind of things.
